At ResolutionTube, we believe that the current way customer service is done is completely broken. We are rebuilding it to be fast, effective and painless. Customer service has remained pretty much exactly the same for the last 40 years, how cool would it be to be one of the early pioneers in completely reinventing the industry? We currently have a Fortune 500 paying customer and few other large enterprises wanting to use our product. We are backed by TechStars, Acceleprise, successful entrepreneurs and some senior level White House policy makers. You'll be joining an exciting startup at the earliest stages, and will have the opportunity to shape our technology roadmap and vision. Responsibilities: • You will be building and working on all areas of ResolutionTube’s platform • The ability to learn quickly will be key, as we will be developing using a diverse set of technologies such as Google Glasses, augmented reality, and others • You’ll work hand in hand with our founders, and will play a big part in defining our culture, shaping our product, and building our business • This position requires sound technical judgment that transcends specific technologies, along with an uncanny ability to solve the hardest problems • Must be excited about solving difficult engineering problems
