We are seeking to expand our product range, and we are doing so innovating and creating a wow factor. We are looking for an experienced oral care formulator to join us in formulating the future of oral care driven by efficiency, sustainability and wellness. Working directly with the co-founders, you will liaise with the partners to follow up on their recommendation and enrich the discussion as well as recommend alternatives based on your experience. In charge of the Lab relationship you will be also responsible for the new product development technical aspect in line with the management decision. With a strong technical background you are also a game changer looking to push the boundaries and open to novelty to create better. In direct link with the co-founder, you will be involved in various missions to help grow the organization and product line: In charge of identifying labs and building partnerships with Responsible for technical formula of current product line & new product innovation In charge of the testing and technical product validation Add-on product-related missions as the organization is evolving Over 2 years of experience in the oral care Knowledge of all specifications, safety and legal aspects of toothpaste Previous experience in the organic product development is a a plus Fluent in English Hands-on & Pro-active Able to work remotely
