Current event listing apps such as Facebook Events and Yelp are very convoluted, with tons of event/ reviews for users to sift through just to make a decision of which event to pick, or which reviews to trust. NoFOMO bypasses this by attempting to streamline every aspect of event planning. The core of the app is a review system that intends to provide the most important information while also saving time for the reader and the reviewer. What will make the product essential for the user, and will get them to keep coming back, is the convenience of the rest of the event-going process. We already offer reservation and probability of entry services for college parties, but plan to extend to everything from concert tickets to transportation to event discounts. We believe that this system of shortening the time it takes to learn about events and decide which ones to go to, as well as the time it saves by offering all services need to plan, get to and into the event, and more is the perfect recipe that will keep users coming back to the app every time they go out. Here at NoFOMO, the culture aligns very much so with our service. Our lives revolve around the things we want to do, and everything NoFOMO strives to do is to make that more possible more often. Our service tries to make it easier to do what our user wants, and at NoFOMO, we try to support developers' creative side and incorporate their visions into the product. Developers work collaboratively with the CEO and input is always welcomed. The founders are all college students aware of the "struggles" our generation goes through just to try to plan a night out. We have ambitious goals to revolutionize the event going industry and to have an influence on all genres of events and all aspects of a person's night out.
