Culture and benefits at NoChat

NoChat is a small, founder-led team building a dating app around one idea: people should meet in person instead of texting for weeks. We work remotely, ship small changes often and test ideas by talking to people in Lisbon and Porto. We care about safety: everyone takes a live camera check before their first date, and first dates happen at public partner cafés.
