Personalization is much more than a “nice to have” as customers suffer poor customer experience and banks miss out on revenue opportunities and fight constant churn. Customers are bombarded with robo calls and irrelevant omnichannel marketing from their banks but don’t get timely and personalized high quality financial advice. RMs are tasked with aggressive monthly sales targets but don’t have the right tools that help them sell and serve customers better. Therefore, they lack the bandwidth to scale themselves or take on more customers and struggle to up/cross sell. We hypothesize that the next battle for the customer wallet in financial services will be won with hyper personalization. and we intend to solve this problem for global Fintechs
