Jobs at Nirmaan

97% of the Micro Business or Retail Shops in the Building and Construction Material sector have never used technology in either procurement, management of inventory, or selling products. Currently, we have over 200 Paying customers and we are already creating an impact in procurement as well as digitizing the purchase process. With Nirmaan, we are aiming at changing the way the supply chain looks, by onboarding manufacturers directly on the platform and making their production demand-driven, making the way retailers stock up and sell more efficient. With our sights on ensuring all our partners have POS machines, software, and at least a base level of Inventory Management know-how, we plan on revolutionizing how small-town Retailers function in the future!
