• Provide technical configuration, best practice guidance and customized training to customers for the CXOne Agent products
• Assist customers to achieve desired business outcomes and ROI for implemented products

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, enablement teams, pricing, billing, marketing, and customer success teams
• Communicate in an effective and professional way with stakeholders and customers

• Design and implement AI-driven data solutions that scale across cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks or BigQuery (anyone)
• Prototype and productionize LLM-based systems for dynamic SQL generation, document search, and semantic retrieval

• Design and maintain a speech-oriented test suite covering quality, cost, and latency across dozens of languages.
• Monitor the industry for new state-of-the-art transcription and speech-to-speech models to evaluate.

• Design, develop, and enhance features within the User Hub platform.
• Build intuitive user experiences using Angular and modern web technologies.

• Drive technical direction for major WFM capabilities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable server-side solutions using Java technologies.

• Lead discovery and solutioning. Own discovery calls and technical deep dives to uncover pain points and identify opportunities across NiCE's Customer Service Automation portfolio — including AI-driven Intelligent Virtual Agents, Knowledge Management, Analytics, Intelligent Routing, and Digital Engagement.

• Technical Leadership
• Define and drive the architecture of scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems

• You'll operate at the crossroads of AI product strategy, (pre) sales and customer success.
• Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Engineers, and go-to-market (GTM) teams, to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents that power large volumes of live customer interactions

• Manage delivery of software and AI-enabled projects under guidance of senior project managers.
• Maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and delivery documentation.

• You'll architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents that sit at the core of the business and directly fuel company growth.
• These are live, scalable agentic AI systems, not experiments or proof-of-concepts, operating across sectors like financial services, healthcare, and commerce.

• Administer, optimize, and govern Kafka, AWS MSK, Kinesis, Kafka Connect, and OpenSearch platforms
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure streaming architectures
