We got accepted into the highly competitive DreamIt Accelerator in Philly this past Fall and we're now being used in GE, Comcast and dozen other companies. On one hand, this is a mini social network that connects people based on their real-time emotions and experiences while maintaining their privacy, all in one click. On the other hand, we are creating the first of its kind, an automated recommendation engine that gives leaders research backed advice, based on their own employees' real-time feedback, to hit their organizational goals and increase employee happiness.  Our vision is to build an empire of engaged employees and productive companies. So we're looking for someone who wants to build and become a leader at our company, so hopefully you'll love working with us, enjoy solving this interesting problem and learn a sh*t ton.
