The Next Seed, Inc. operates NextSeed Services LLC, a fully-integrated online investment platform, and NextSeed Securities, LLC, a forward-thinking investment banking practice. In 2016, NextSeed became the first SEC-registered Funding Portal and closed the first ever Regulation Crowdfunding securities offering in the US under the JOBS Act of 2012. In October 2018, NextSeed Securities LLC became an SEC-registered Broker-Dealer.
