Not only is everyone passionate about public records processes, but they are strongly committed to improving our communities and ourselves through diversity, equity, inclusion. We spend a lot of time getting to know each other on a personal level and continuing to educate ourselves on important issues. Work itself is really fulfilling- it is important to the leadership that people don't work more than 45 hours a week, staff take time off and accomplishments are celebrated.
