Newsbeat careers

For years, I had an hour-long commute to work. Like millions of other cohorts, I used to tune into AM talk shows and NPR programs - until I realized I was getting sucked into topics I really didn't care about. 

Then came Pandora, then iPhone, and then LTE. It changed streaming music. But news radio remained, well, radio.

So John and I built Newsbeat so we can listen to the news I really cared about - topics like tech, cricket and yes, some guilty pleasures., from the news websites I frequently visit while at work.
