Right now, we’re looking for: Full-Stack Architect – Design and oversee the next generation of our hospital-facing applications, balancing speed, security, and scalability. Backend Engineer (FHIR Integrations) – Build and maintain high-volume, high-reliability data ingestion pipelines from hospital systems using FHIR and other healthcare standards. DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – Optimize, secure, and scale our AWS-based infrastructure to handle millions of patient records with compliance at the core. At NeuralFrame, you won’t be a small cog in a big machine—you’ll have real ownership, ship often, and work alongside a senior team that’s done this before (including taking companies public).
