React Developer for Purpose-Driven Micro-level Creator Platform We are seeking a React developer to help us redefine and innovate the influencer marketing industry. We recently launched a beta of our micro-influencer software solution, Neufluence, which is a SaaS-based, purpose-driven creator marketplace offering tools to help brands, startups, and diverse micro-level creators collaborate and monetize their total audience. We are looking for visionaries that want to elevate how diversity and inclusion are implemented within marketing disciplines. You should be a self-starter who is ready to jump in quickly and help us ship our product to the masses. The role works closely with the Founder, while challenging you to take part in complex development work, and deliver iterative solutions that provide value at each step of the way. You are also an exceptional problem solver with great communication skills and a commitment to deliver the best user experience. There is plenty of opportunity for growth leading to a CTO role, which will eventually require making key technology decisions and aligning the company with its vision for its technological needs. Our current stack is Git, Google Cloud, Firebase, React and Node.js. Responsibilities: Working together closely with the Founder to build more platform features. Troubleshooting and debugging platform issues. Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs. Creating timelines for the development and deployment of technological services. Staying on top of and sharing technology trends and developments. Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards. Requirements: Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Preferred experience with progressive web applications. Industry knowledge with an eye towards the future. Startup experience is a plus.
