This is the only simple thing about brands. They are not really a marketing mechanism as they are thought of. They are a human construct and are formed by emotions, perceptions and beliefs. Our process, developed with our experience of working with brands across US, UK and India helps simplifies the inherent complexity in building brands. STRUCTURE We don’t have account / project / delivery managers - our clients work directly with the designers and strategists. This helps us getting quick and accurate feedback resulting in iterations, which are closer to the goals. We believe we cannot be good custodians of the brand unless we are “living” the brand. So one of us works from the client office to understand the people, product, processes, cultural fabric and pick those small nuances that ultimately lead to actionable insights. We only work with one brand at one time and do literally get obsessed with it.
