• This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days onsite with the client
• Shift: 9:00AM-5:30PM, Monday-Friday

• Configure and support Mac OS, Windows, and other various environments
• Manage and support identity platforms that govern application access such as Okta and Google Workspace

• Serve as the final escalation point for technical issues across your pod and client accounts
• Build and execute IT roadmaps for clients, aligning technology strategy with business objectives

• Be the dedicated support technician on a variety of accounts/clients all in different industries and environments
• Assist on IT project deployments (MDM rollouts, Network configurations, etc)

• Demand generation strategy and execution: Own and scale referral, outbound, SEO, and experimental channels. Drive full-funnel performance from awareness through pipeline generation in close partnership with sales.
• Messaging and positioning: Define and refine core narratives, ICPs, and buyer-stage use cases....

• Build, document, and own the SOPs that define how we deliver, scale, and operate as a company
• Own the full internal and service operations of the company, from service delivery workflows to billing, contracts, and time tracking

• End-to-end implementation ownership
