Nawaya careers

Nawaya connects people facing a career decision with people who have already made it: a career change, leaving a job, first leadership, going independent, moving abroad. You pick the person who did it and talk 1:1 by video, 40 minutes. The first session is free; after that each Guide sets their price. Every profile shows the move the Guide made themselves, from where to where. A certificate alone does not make anyone a Guide. Nawaya is new: few people with real moves, not many profiles with keywords. The interface is in German, English and Arabic. Nawaya, Inc. is a Delaware C corporation.
