By packaging the dough with HPP technology, the dough remains identical and without alteration of what was prepared by hand in the field. 

The dough process remains 100% artisanal (our competition starts with one flour: little nutritional value, additives).

The corn is authentically Mexican (Creole) with corn varieties.

We integrate the Mexican producers to the project, from the base.   Through fair trade and through the productive development of the corn producers’ network, we guarantee: supply, quality of the raw material and entry barriers to the competition.
