• Define and execute product strategy for core logistics solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and solutions teams to design, build, and launch features that integrate seamlessly with enterprise OMS, WMS, TMS, and POS systems.

• Identify and scope high-impact opportunities across pricing, cost prediction, dispatch, carrier selection, ETA prediction, routing, and marketplace balancing.
• Own data science initiatives from 0→1 discovery through 1→10 iteration, deployment, and performance improvement.

• Build the target account lists and the plays that reach them: 1:1 for top accounts, 1:few by vertical or segment, 1:many at scale, in step with Sales and ADR leadership.
  
• Learn Nash’s verticals (retail, industrial, grocery, T&L, restaurants, healthcare, field services) so your targeting fits each one, and carry our messaging, positioning, and creative to market
  

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers by uncovering business needs, delivery challenges, and operational goals.

• Platform and integration investigation. Diagnose configuration questions, known error patterns, API and webhook issues, and account-specific behavior across the Nash platform.
• Escalation quality. When an issue needs Engineering or Enterprise Operations, you own the handoff — clear reproduction steps, investigation performed, impact assessment, and severity. Escalations from this team are expected to be actionable on arrival.

• Own Nash's positioning and narrative across audiences: enterprise retailers, grocers, pharmacies, restaurants, healthcare, platforms, partners, and the broader category we're shaping
• Lead launches end to end, from shaping what gets built and when, through messaging, assets, sales enablement, and post-launch measurement of whether the launch actually moved the business

• Translate, Define and Evolve the new Nash brand strategy into a complete, living visual system: identity applications, motion principles, photography direction, illustration style, typography in use
• Design and build the marketing site in Figma and Webflow; own landing pages, campaign pages, product launch moments, and the visual story we tell at events like NRF, Manifest, and Shoptalk

• Material contribution to multiple new Australian enterprise deals closed or in final stages
• A healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities with clear next steps

• Own strategic delivery provider relationships end-to-end - act as the single point of accountability for performance, growth, and operational excellence
• Become an advocate - be the voice of the provider internally and partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market to build solutions that help providers scale

• Build and ship features end to end across the stack, from the React and TypeScript portal operators rely on every shift, to the Python services and APIs that power it.
