Nanoprecise has created a "unique" patent-pending solution IoT + AI (hardware + software) that combines physics, material science, and data analytics to diagnose issues with physical assets such as machinery and predicts the "Remaining Time to Failure."

Our smart sensor is the only sensor right now Globally that can measure 5 different parameters (Vibration, Ultrasound, temperature, RPM, Humidity) and our Cloud-based AI-enhanced software can predict various faults like unbalance, misalignment, looseness, bearing defects, impeller issues, etc. The future will be the rotating asset fitted with smart sensors for self-diagnostics and giving real-time predictive alerts to the user to achieve zero unplanned shutdowns.

Since we founded in Jan 2018, we have customers spanning across Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities, HVAC & Infrastructure sectors. Our clients are industry leaders such as Chevron, Petronas, Nutrien etc.
