At Nanodevice Solutions, our expertise lies in the design and manufacturing of specialty atomic force microscope (AFM) tips, as well as nanofabrication and characterization.

Unlike typical AFM tips, NDS’s ultra sharp high aspect ratio tips are tilt compensated and have a V shape apex to fully image complex nanoscale features in high resolution and without image distortion. In addition, we have developed an innovative, patented technology that allows for batch manufacturing at a fraction of the cost.
