Jobs at NameCoach

Namecoach has spent the past decade building the pronunciation infrastructure of the internet. Universities, Fortune 500 enterprises, and major sports organizations rely on our platform to handle names correctly across audio recordings, phonetic spellings, and now voice AI integrations. We've closed our Series A, with a bridge round to Series B in motion. We're now building Euphonia (euphonia.namecoach.ai), a pronunciation intelligence platform that brings our verified pronunciation data into voice agents, TTS providers, and conversational AI products. The voice AI moment is here, and we're positioned uniquely well for it. How we work We're a small team that ships fast and operates as an AI-native company. AI-assisted development is the default working style across everything we build, from internal tooling to customer-facing features. We want new hires who push our leverage further than where we are today. Why now Every conversational AI product breaks on the same problem: pronunciation. The TTS providers building these models can't fix it on their own, and the data needed to fix it is exactly what we've spent ten years collecting. We're hiring across engineering, product, and go-to-market to own this category. If you want to ship voice AI infrastructure with real customers and a clear moat, talk to us.

  • Publishing technical blog posts on what's under our hood, how baseline systems compare (frontier LLMs and older TTS providers), and what we've learned from production
  • Authoring or co-authoring papers — benchmarking studies, applied-ML methods papers, position pieces on pronunciation reliability as a measurement problem
