N2 is a content creation company whose product is local news. At full launch we will provide daily, local newscasts in all 50 states to a single, subscriber streaming video platform, using the platforms UI, providing a single source of local news that matters to subscribers and entertainment. This eliminates the need for consumers to go off-platform to find out what's going on in their state and region, which reduces the number of services subscriptions they need to maintain or pay for, thus reducing churn.
