We are a VC backed, technology startup that is disrupting the recruitment industry. We are using cognitive technology and crowd sourcing to rewire the recruitment industry. We were recently selected as the "Most Promising startup 2016" and have also been selected by Nasscom for Innotrek 2016 where they showcase the hottest tech startups in India to the who's who in the Valley. At myrefers we use sharing economy benefits and combine it with cognitive intelligence to help companies get highly matched passive candidates for their open jobs. At myrefers a network of individuals, HR consultants and freelancers connect people / friends in their network to open jobs posted by companies on the platform in return for recognition and rewards. The core of the platform is a AI powered Recruiter Robot (to be patented) that uses natural language processing and machine learning to reveal best matched candidates from large amounts of structured and unstructured user profile data. The Recruiter Robot (RR) helps people mine contacts from their own social, email and phone book networks and recommends them friends that they can refer for jobs. Once applications come in, it helps identify best fit candidates using a combination of skill match, culture match and trust score. It's a global platform being built out of India. We come from diverse backgrounds, with great pedigree (IIM Kolkata, IMT ,BITS Pilani, NIT Jamshedpur, NITIE, NIT Jaipur) having built various global products, and large businesses having worked at well-known companies such as Star TV, Digitas, JP Morgan , Times Internet , Healthkart, 1 mg, ebay etc. At office, you can find us playing Jenga or Darts in the office every day or discussing everything from sports to Bitcoin to cutting-edge predictive algorithms over dinner.
