myPatientMatch was designed to help patients with chronic illness connect with other patients that have the most in common, or as we like to call them, their patient matches. Why? Because we are also patients, and we needed a whole lot of luck to stumble upon our matches. Finding our patient matches ended up being the biggest step in our journey toward wellness, as we learned what works for others like us, and also found unprecedented social support.
