Our highly personalised service ensures that clients are given the dedicated time and encouragement needed to master their practise. We create a unique programme, tailored to their lifestyle and goals. They choose a time and place for their one to one or small group class - and their teacher comes to them.

Our matching process enables clients to be matched with a teacher that suits their needs and availability, whether it be someone looking to improve their fitness, strength, rehabilitate following an injury, or practice yoga or pilates during or after pregnancy. The scheduling process gives complete flexibility to teachers and clients.
