Mustard Seeds Therapy brings licensed Occupational, Physical, and Speech-Language Therapy to children and adults throughout Nevada. We offer three ways to receive care: in-home visits, in-clinic sessions, and telehealth, so each patient can choose what fits their daily life best.

Our therapists travel directly into homes across Pahrump, Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mesquite, Elko, and the surrounding Nevada region. Working in a patient's natural environment often leads to faster, more practical progress on everyday goals. Our clinic location sits at 4760 Pahrump Valley Blvd, Pahrump, NV, and telehealth visits are available statewide through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

We treat patients across every age range. Pediatric care focuses on developmental milestones, sensory processing, speech and language skills, feeding difficulties, and fine and gross motor growth, all delivered through play-based methods with active caregiver involvement. Adult care centers on regaining strength, mobility, communication, and independence after injury, illness, or ongoing health conditions.

Most major insurance plans are accepted, including Medicaid, Medicare, Anthem, Molina Healthcare, and Optum. A physician's referral is generally needed for insurance billing. Free consultations are offered to new patients.
