Engineering and Product first culture is very important to us at Mudstack. Coming from strong backgrounds as collaborative artists, we understand the pains that come with "bad teams", "bad leaders", and "bad vision". Having experienced several stages of growth throughout our backgrounds, we understand that people (not products) create successful business. We pride ourselves in being diverse, open minded, hard working, and supportive of our colleagues lifestyles. We work hard, play hard, and build great products. We can do that without being miserable, and without asking our peers to make unnecessary sacrifices. Culture is too often sacrificed for the sake of progress, and in many times is sacrificed in an attempt to artificially elevate a business culture. We know these things come naturally via examples and not intentions. We plan to build an enviable lifestyle business where we put customers and employees on the same pedestals.
