While you'll have access to our headquarters in Venice Beach, you are encouraged to live where you are happiest. You'll be joining over 20 dedicated & talented individuals (between contractors and full time) spanning 3 countries and 6 US states. We meditate together, drink weird shit, cold plunge, surf, bike, paddle, do breathwork, eat amazing food, track our sleep, debate wild topics, belly laugh, and learn from one another. We’ve taken team trips to Australia, Mammoth, Japan, El Salvador, Oahu & Yellowstone and are committed to proving to the world that it's possible to build a company that allows us to live full lives. We are a lean team that leverages process, technology, healthy habits, and ambition to maximize the potential of the group with the shared goal of leaving the world a better place than we found it.
