moveto.io is a map-based neighborhood guide - it helps homeowners and investors find the best neighborhoods to live or invest in, using numerous combinable filters to display a heatmap showing areas of best fit. Filters include house value, rent, occupation, crime, school scores, commute, demographic and property value changes and forecasts, and more.

The goal is to help people unfamiliar with a city to get a sense of the layout of a metro area, and to help automate the search for parts of town they might like. It also helps narrow down the search for property listings on other sites, and in the future may include property listings as well. The basic site will always be free - investor features will be available for a small monthly fee.

We're currently in beta for the free version, and are aiming to launch the basic investor features by November 2018. We're focused on the Austin metro area for now, but will scale up to cover 100 cities once that's working, then the whole US.
