We offer a new short and effective video routine everyday that users can stream from any device on our responsive website. We are like having a Doctor of Physical Therapy in your pocket. We are currently building our team and our new technology.

Movement Vault was founded by Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Grayson Wickham. He noticed that 90% of the injuries that came into his clinic could have been avoided by effective flexibility and mobility work. This is what drove him to launch Movement Vault.

There is a lot of "fluff" and ineffective techniques out there when it comes to flexibility and mobility. If people aren't utilizing effective techniques they are essentially wasting their time. We set out to change this offering the most effective techniques that have been proven in the clinic with athletes and patients as well as backed by research.
