motion.social is an early stage company developing tools for fitness. While most companies in this space are focused on fitness data from wearables, we initially aim to solve a simpler problem: helping friends plan and share their fitness activities. The long-term vision is to develop tools for people who are less focused on training and dieting, who instead simply enjoy doing fitness activities (cycling, running, hiking) with their friends, groups, clubs, and teams. motion.social is based in Seattle and its founders are actively engaged in its cycling, running, and orienteering communities.
