Motif careers

Motif we are writing new stories; changing tales of scarcity, into abundance by bringing people together.   Think of ‘Habitat for Humanity’s’ model. The community gathers to build a home and start a new life for someone who lives near them. We gather people together around a person in friendly, natural and abundant ways to build for them a job, education and more uplifting networks of people.

For instance, food-stamps, job supports and social security become real networks, personal coaching and finally certified work with his friends down the road at Joes Plumbing. Thus increasing self-esteem, direction and sustainability, among many other things.

After two decades of doing it the regular old, slow and cumbersome way With everyone relying on social programs, we are excited to write better, more sustainable stories for real people.
