Our company's business strategy is simple. For every funded research project, the funder expects the Principal Investigator (PI) to set-up project management structures and processes to manage their project risk profile and keep on top of their tasks, deliverables, milestones, reporting deadlines and events, and negotiate project contracts and manage stakeholder engagement and communication strategy. The PI cannot effectively manage both the science and non-scientific tasks in compliance with the funder's flow-downs without help. More Research is established to help and provide the systems and processes to underpin their work. Our services as part of the research project delivery team during the project’s runtime will be funded by elements of the grant.
