MONVADEL is building ORILO — a complete European digital ecosystem combining E2EE communication, social networking, marketplace and mini-programmes. Designed for privacy, digital sovereignty and safety, without behavioural advertising, without data selling, without algorithmic manipulation.
The mission is protected by the Iron Dome structure: a French Association holds all strategic IP and grants a revocable licence to the commercial entity. No investor, no acquirer, no future board can introduce behavioural advertising — the prohibition is contractual and irrevocable.
Built 100% on European infrastructure. Subject exclusively to EU law: GDPR, DSA, NIS2, eIDAS 2.0. No exposure to CLOUD Act or extraterritorial legislation.
We are currently building our core team and raising pre-seed funding of €480K to deliver the MVP communication module in 10 weeks post-closing.
