Monitor My Meds careers

Monitor My Meds is a sophisticated care management platform that allows caregivers to monitor medication adherence and keep the caregiving community, including family, informed of the condition of their client/patient. At its simplest level the platform allows for connection to and from the senior by telephone, cellular or analogue, requiring no equipment, installation, training or internet access on the part of the senior being cared for. It also provides a secured account where healthcare professionals, caregivers and family members can share information. The platform can also add functionality up to and including video visits, vital sign reporting, and monitoring of movement and activity. These services can be used by caregivers to help keep their clients in their homes for as long as possible. The platform was designed and built to allow our markets to private label the service for families looking after or concerned about elder family member(s). We recently launched the service.
