Optimizely Platform Certification - A current Optimizely CMS or DXP certification, in addition to multiple Optimizely project implementations, is highly desirable for this role
AI Assisted Development & Agent Workflow - Our engineering team looks to leverage AI tooling to increase the efficiency and quality of the software we build. Experience with coding assistants and comfort working in an AI-assisted workflow is a plus. We also work with our clients to build out agent based capabilities within DXP platforms to help them optimize their internal processes and workflows
