My opinion is extremely biased - so I suggest during the interview process you ask all your hard questions of the people you interact with. You'll meet several of the people you have the chance to work with, and most of them have had tons of experience in different companies. Those varied perspectives, from startups to enterprises and everything in-between will illustrate what's special about Modash. Generally, we try to find people who are extremely humble, clever and fun to be around. We're super feedback driven and no questions are off-limits, the culture is super transparent. Our team has built cars (both solar and combustion), led teams, wrote blogs, founded companies, been skydiving, horseback riding and long-distance hiking.
