Job description: Property Manager: Responsibilities: - Advertise and market vacant spaces on FaceBook marketplace and Zumper to attract tenants - Setup a remote tour for prospect tenants as soon as they are available. - Respond to current tenants' requests (phone calls, messages, email) as quickly as possible by solving potential conflicts between tenants or fixing a maintenance request. - Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Skills: - Experience in leasing residential properties - Be familiar with property management - Be familiar with San Francisco rent board rules and regulations - Being handy is a plus - Being bi-language (Spanish and English) is a plus - Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills - Valid real estate agent/broker license is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
