We are a fully remote bootstrapped early-stage startup. This means everyone who joins our company wears multiple hats and must always be willing to help each other. We look for people with a chip on their shoulder, for people who want to build something people want and who will become obsessed with becoming the best at their craft. We have a daily standup where each team updates on their operations, advancements, and conquers so we can all try to help if possible and celebrate when it is due. The 3 company co-founders bring balance to the team: one operator (CEO), one Revenue Person leading Sales and CS, and one Technical co-founder who created the platform.
