Minor to Major careers

Jere'My Rankins was a troubled youth who struggled with behavioral issues in the classroom and delinquency in the community. at 19 he was sentenced to 5 years in prison and when he came home in 2009, Jere'My was determined to help stop the school to prison pipeline.
CPS children who age out of "The system" are 85% more likely to end up in a confined institution within three years of their release from CPS care. Minor to Major will provide individual and group therapy, mentorship programming, nursing, psychiatric, and medical services for its 24hr round the clock treatment facility.
Who better to lead the helm on this project than a convicted felon who was an at-risk youth who engaged in delinquency, skipping school, and suffered from behavioral related complications at a teenager?

The state of Texas is the customer. Child Protective Services is the specific agency we will be marketing. The youth will be the direct recipient of the services rendered by Minor to Major - A 40 bed secured facility similar to an inpatient hospital.
