An added digital layer will increase retail market efficiency, shifting the market power from supply to demand. This big mission requires passion and dedication from the founder-to-be. There is no strictly defined set of skills required. Ideal candidate can oversee a high-level complex infrastructure, know about information architecture as well as quickly hack things together in javascript. It's a role that requires willingness for challenge and adventure, and really having passion and belief in the mission of the company.
