Jobs at MindfulAds

What's special about MindfulAds? MindfulAds is phase 1 of 100. MindfulAds is a subsidiary of Mindful, which is a meritocratic organization with the mission of enabling humanity to be more present. If you've ever meditated and noticed how much conscious control you have over your mind for a short while after, that's what we're attempting to proliferate and extend indefinitely. MindfulAds is a performance marketing agency that will be helping mission-driven and innovative startups profitably scale via paid social media ads. What hard problems is MindfulAds looking to solve? Mindful is looking to solve the overarching problem of insanity, polarization, depression, anxiety and ever other non-desirable state of being that is rooted in ego and the vehicle through which we plan to solve these problems is mindfulness / meditation. Imagine a world where you pass a mindfulness studio just as frequently as you Starbucks. Imagine a world where you can easily fall into a present and aware state of being, no matter where you are or what you're doing. Imagine if mindfulness was easy. That's the hard problem we're going to solve. What's great about the culture? If you're into mindfulness / meditation, this is the company for you. You are strongly encouraged to stop working and start meditating, whenever you desire. I will literally pay you to meditate. If you're looking to be surrounded by high-performers and bold thinkers who are on a mission to achieve some crazy shit in the mindfulness space, this is for you. If you desire to build something that's applicable to our mission of proliferating mindfulness and the non-judgmental experience of the present moment, you belong here. 2223
