As an ideal front-end / web developer candidate, you’ll possess a good eye for design and user experience, in addition to solid web programming skills. This isn’t strictly a “Javascript programmer” or “Rails programmer” position — you’ll be working daily with multiple technologies from various layers of our stack. You may be working with our designer to iron out the latest CSS3 transitions for our website in the morning, optimizing the JSON structure of our API before lunch, and hacking on our responsive, realtime Backbone.js application in the afternoon. Ideally you are familiar with the full stack of modern web development: from the database through the server-side framework all the way up to the front-end JS, HTML5 and CSS3.
