Milo is here to make pet healthcare (veterinary care) a better experience for customers, doctors, and pets.

Veterinary care is paid entirely out-of-pocket and is unexpectedly high costs is the largest complaint among consumers. The cost of care has risen due to a few core issues: doctors are incentivized to treat pets more often through a commission pay structure, reliance on unnecessary exam fees for revenue, and inefficient administration adding overhead and cost.

The founders at Milo discovered that the only way to solve all of these problems is to reinvent the vet experience from the ground up. We are operating our own Milo-branded veterinary clinics, backed by our full-stack technology. Our software ranges from telemedicine and our own medical record system to consumer apps and systems automation.

Milo is already operating its first clinic in the Denver market with 3,000 active patients and is deploying its consumer and doctor facing technology daily.
