MILKFUL lactation bars offer breastfeeding moms a wholesome and effective way to boost breast milk production naturally.

Our bars are the wholesome alternative to the traditional lactation cookie, and offer a well-balanced snack thats high in protein and fiber, and much lower in sugar than competitor products. We use a unique blend of milk-boosting ingredients “galactagogues” (rolled oats, flaxseed, brewers yeast, black sesame seeds, fenugreek) which aids milk-production.
Our bars are also allergen friendly for moms with dietary restrictions (Dairy Free/Wheat Free/Egg Free/Soy Free).
A sample study of our customers revealed that eating 1 -2 Milkful bars/day in combination with healthy nursing/pumping habits, resulted in an average production increase of 1-3 ounces per nursing/pumping session.
