MightyScout was founded on a remote-first policy, years before it was cool to do so. We believe it's possible to build a successful business *our* way, one that grants its team autonomy, freedom, and space to do their best work. Besides our remote-first policy, we are also schedule-flexible, have minimal meetings (we only had 1 all-hands in 2022—in December), and compensate healthily.
