Work with a small, extremely ambitious team and a fast-growing user base. We are a mix of onsite (New York City) and hybrid. Some devs are remote, but join onsite for 10 weeks per year - all the the same time. For the first couple of months, it is ok to join remotely, but we have a strong preference for onsite teams. Sometimes we flee the city and book an airbnb for the whole team for the onsite (e.g. Turkish coast line)
