 We are compiling the first comprehensive database of court statistics by identifying and
compiling the non-content related granular data points that occur during the litigation process. Our
system allows anyone to see how many times a particular lawyer has appeared in court, for what sort of
cases, how often his client won or lost and much more. This provides an important empirical data
consideration to the process of selecting a lawyer (or assessing your opponent) that is often based on
ignorance at worst, and reputation and word of mouth at best, rather than concrete information. 

Similar analysis is possible for judges and parties (the plaintiffs and defendants) to litigation which is
extremely useful for research and strategic analysis. Additional “big-data” predictive functionality
available on our system can be a further extremely useful tool for those considering initiating a legal
proceeding or for those considering their options or likelihood of success in court.
