We're building an AI-powered recruiting platform that solves this from both sides: our AI interviewer conducts consistent, skills-based technical vetting at scale, so companies get a pool of pre-screened, qualified engineers in days instead of months, and candidates get evaluated on what they can actually do rather than who they know. We're tackling the hard problems of building AI that can fairly and accurately assess technical skill, detecting fraud and proctoring at scale, and matching talent to roles with real precision — not keyword matching. Our goal is to make world-class technical talent accessible to any company, anywhere, and make hiring fair for candidates who've been shut out of traditional pipelines.
