Mhellow Growth is licensed to cultivate and process, medicinal grade cannabis products in Portugal.
Our premium warehouse location, neighboring Tilray's EU-Campus in Cantanhede, will be the first fully indoor, end-to-end EU-GMP cultivation facility in Portugal. Together with the highest quality standards provided through the GMP environment, our world class growers, in cooperation with an award winning and renowned breeder from California will ensure the highest quality, consistently from batch to batch.

The demand for the highest quality flowers is high and supply in Europe not sufficient to keep up with a rapidly growing market. As a result we hold LoI's from clients in Germany and Portugal, that sum up to purchasing requests worth almost €10 million and exceeding our yearly production capacity by far.

Mhellow possesses assets that allow it to take a large part of the initial investment through a loan to competitive rates. However, to reduce liquidity risks and add expertise, we are looking for an equity partner that believes in the future of a multi-billion € industry of legal cannabis and wants to join us on our venture.

In return of an initial investment of €1.5 million to finance the fulfillment of our clients requests, we expect an internal rate of return for the investor between 30%-40% over a term of 5 years.

Very favorable factor conditions in Portugal allow for significantly cheaper production as opposed to Canada, the Netherlands, Germany or Denmark, while offering the highest standards and reliability of a mature and regulated pharmaceutical industry as opposed to Macedonia or Malta. In Portugal, EBITDA margins of 70% can be observed across local cultivators, and Mhellow’s world-class management team will ensure its profitability in a maturing, more price competitive environment in the future, by foreseeing to vertically integrate parts of the value chain and also diversity into other high-end price and innovative cannabis infused products.
